Our success as a business is largely down to our people. We firmly believe the individuals who make up our team are our greatest assets. Our staff share a common set of values and a passion for serving the charity sector.
Culture
Our culture supports our vision to help our clients and live generously. In 2020, we asked our staff about the values people live by at home and work. These were distilled down to 3 values: being Positive, Reliable and Honourable; each supported by six behaviours. These are embedded into everything we do and what we look for in new staff. Each month we celebrate a Culture Champion, who is nominated and voted for by our staff based on our values and behaviours.
We invest in our staff’s training and professional development, by funding qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Insurance. We have various initiatives to help staff, including an expanded benefits package to include health and wellbeing perks.
